Origin
The origins of the Sacred of Burma are rather obscure. Legend has it that a couple was brought to France by an American in 1920, and according to another story, he would come from a Siamese and a Persian. During the Second World War, the breed came close to extinction as only one couple survived. All the Sacred of Burma descend today from this couple.
Character
It is a calm and posed cat, but also very playful. It is an easy-going breed that adapts easily to all situations, as long as it is close to its master.
